K+N budgets $32 million to settle DoJ allegations

Kuehne + Nagel has set aside CHF 35 million ($32.34 million) to settle US Department of Justice (DoJ) 2007 allegations relating to "anti-competititve" behavior. The cost provision will be split CHF 25 million ($13.86 million ) for airfreight and CHF 10 million ($9.24 million) for ocean freight.
