AFRA allows me to see at a glance who operates where and for about how much. When airlines make it easy for me to get pricing and service information they get more business. I can't remember every airline's destination and thumbing through thousands of pages (most of them dated) isn't the answer. How much of your business went to your competition because the buyer didn't even know you had service?

AFRA enables us to make fast decisions on availability of airline services and related rates. The changing market requirements from our customers changing from seasonal rates to spot rates is developing further. Airlines can improve their opportunities for being awarded more business by Bellville Rodair International when uploading their rates in AFRA as we use this tool for first selection of providers. Looking up rates and services in spreadsheets, paper prints, etc. isn't an option for us anymore in today's fast moving market.

Often Carriers not listed in AFRA won't be considered after DSV has won the business. AFRA is a great tool, not just for my Department but also for DSV-Operational Staff assisting in their daily operations on the carriers to be used. This tool eliminates searching for rates in hard copies of the contracts, or searching through soft copies in document folders on your PC/Server.
