I can't remember every airline's destination and thumbing through thousands of pages (most of them dated) isn't the answer. AFRA enables us to make fast decisions on availability of airline services and related rates. The changing market requirements from our customers changing from seasonal rates to spot rates is developing further. Airlines can improve their opportunities for being awarded more business by Bellville Rodair International when uploading their rates in AFRA as we use this tool for first selection of providers. AFRA is a great tool, not just for my Department but also for DSV-Operational Staff assisting in their daily operations on the carriers to be used.
