Steven Fayers

Steven Fayers was appointed Product Manager in April 2008 to coordinate development of the cargo product portfolio and is based at UBM Head Office at Ludgate House, UK.

Prior to joining OAG, Steven was a Senior Business Analyst within the Air Logistics Programme at BT. Most recently Steven was the lead business analyst and customer liaison manager for BT's data management platform that supported Cargo 2000 processes and reporting for 12 freight forwarders and airlines.

Steven holds a B. Eng degree in Information Systems Engineering from the University of Surrey.
