Dirk de Rooij

Dirk de Rooij was appointed Business Development Director in 2008 to spearhead expansion of the OAG Cargo business.

In this role Dirk is responsible for the creation and management of strategies and third-party relationships to generate new and increased revenue opportunities. In addition Dirk supports sales activities across the EMEA region where he has established relationships.

Dirk joined OAG in 2004 after OAG’s acquisition of Inforwarding BV and is based in Sassenheim close to Schiphol Airport in The Netherlands.

In 2001 he founded Inforwarding with Bart Jan Haasbeek. Dirk spent several years with Panalpina having joined them in 1998 as business analyst. Prior to this Dirk studied air transport management in Rotterdam.
