United Business Media plc today announces that it has acquired OAG Holdings Ltd on behalf of its wholly-owned subsidiary Commonwealth Business Media for a total cash consideration of £2.5m.

OAG, a global travel and transport information company, has recently added an ICAO Traffic Data Module to its OAG Max Online product to enhance the online query tool.
